Barb Rossi

Barb Rossi was raised in Clinton, New York and Athens, Pennsylvania. She attended Mansfield University, graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, and later received a Master’s Degree in Corporate and Community Education from Elmira College.

Barb’s professional background includes mental health and grief counseling, as well as teaching, tutoring, academic advising, and curriculum development. She is currently the Office Manager at Phillips Funeral Home, and officiates funeral services as a Certified Celebrant.

In her spare time, she loves creating jewelry and beaded ornaments, singing and playing guitar, travel, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Grief and healing have been lifelong interests of Barb’s, and she looks forward to helping families in their time of loss. Barb and her husband, Paul, are “empty nesters” who reside in Corning, New York.
